6. What is sea moss gel?

Sea moss is a type of seaweed that naturally contains a variety of minerals and trace elements. You may have heard the popular claim that sea moss contains “92 of the 102 minerals the body needs.” However, the exact mineral content can vary depending on where and how the sea moss is grown, so we don’t promise a specific number.

7. How do I use sea moss gel?

Sea moss gel is versatile! It can be enjoyed by itself or added to smoothies, juice, oatmeal, yogurt, tea, and other foods.

For your skin: Our Plain Sea Moss Gel can also be used as a simple face mask. Place about 1 teaspoon in your palm, gently massage it onto clean skin while avoiding the eye area, and allow it to sit for about 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Plain Sea Moss Gel may also be applied topically to help soothe and moisturize dry or irritated-feeling skin. We recommend patch testing first and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

8. What juice is best for energy?

Try Fruit Punch! Made with apple, orange, beet, pineapple, and lemon, it provides naturally occurring carbohydrates from fruit that can help fuel your day. Beets also contain naturally occurring nitrates, making Fruit Punch a great option before an active day or workout.

9. How should I store my sea moss gel?
